Infrared warms the body directly at a lower cabin temperature, so sessions start sooner. Traditional heats the air and the stones and runs hotter, closer to a classic sauna.

Canadian red cedar is aromatic and darker in tone. Hemlock is pale and close to scent-free, which suits anyone sensitive to smell.
