Frequently Asked Questions.
Quick answers to the questions that matter most.
When will my sauna arrive?
Delivery times vary by model and location. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated delivery window and keep you updated along the way.
Can I assemble it myself?
Yes. Most models can be assembled at home using the included instructions. If you prefer, you can also use our professional assembly service.
How is my sauna delivered?
Your sauna arrives securely packaged, with delivery details confirmed based on the model and your location.
What if my sauna arrives damaged?
If your sauna arrives damaged, contact our team with photos of the packaging and affected parts. We’ll review the issue and help with the next steps.
Do I need an electrician?
It depends on the model. Some saunas work with a standard household connection, while others require a dedicated circuit or professional installation. Check the electrical requirements on each product page.
Where can I put my sauna?
Indoor models need a level, dry interior space with clearance on every side. Only models marked Outdoor are built to stand in the weather.
What power connection does my sauna need?
Power requirements vary by model. Some use a standard household connection, while larger models may require a dedicated circuit. Check the specifications on each product page before installation.
Can I plug it into a standard outlet?
Some models can plug into a standard outlet, while others require a dedicated electrical connection. The product page lists the exact requirements for each model.
How much space should I leave around it?
Allow enough clearance for ventilation, doors, and safe access around the sauna. Exact requirements vary by model, so check the installation guidelines before choosing your location.
What size should I get?
Models run from 1 to 4 people. Choose by how many people will use it at once and by the floor space you can give up, not by the outside dimensions alone.
Infrared or traditional?
Infrared warms the body directly at a lower cabin temperature, so sessions start sooner. Traditional heats the air and the stones and runs hotter, closer to a classic sauna.
Cedar or hemlock?
Canadian red cedar is aromatic and darker in tone. Hemlock is pale and close to scent-free, which suits anyone sensitive to smell.
Can I use my sauna outdoors?
Only models specifically marked Outdoor are designed for outdoor use. Indoor models should be installed in a protected interior space.
What does the warranty cover?
Every model includes limited warranty coverage. For more information, contact our U.S.-based support team by phone.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Financing is available on eligible purchases, allowing you to split the cost into smaller payments. Available options are shown at checkout.
How do I take care of it?
Wipe the benches down after use and leave the door open so the cabin dries. No sealants or oils — the wood is meant to stay bare.
