10-year warranty on the cabin, heaters and controls. Real support when you need it.

Last updated: September 2026

We build saunas for daily use, so we cover them for the long run. This page says exactly what is covered, for how long, and how a claim works. It is a voluntary commitment that works alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

What we do when something fails

  • First 90 days: we cover the replacement part, its shipping and the labor to install it.
  • After 90 days, for the rest of the warranty: we cover the replacement part and its shipping. Labor, if a technician is needed, is on the owner. Most parts (heaters, control panel, lights) are designed to be swapped with a screwdriver, and we send step-by-step instructions.
  • If a part is no longer made, we supply a compatible part or, when repair is not possible, replace the unit.

Keeping the warranty valid

  1. Install and use the sauna as described in the manual: on a level, dry surface; indoor models indoors only; outdoor models on a proper base.
  2. Have the electrical connection done to code. Models marked "Electrician Required" need a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician; keep the receipt. What each model needs is on the Electrical Requirements page.
  3. Do not modify the heaters, wiring or controls, and do not use parts from other brands.
  4. Basic care: wipe benches after use, leave the door open to dry, no sealants, oils or paints on the interior wood; for ice baths, keep the water chemistry within the ranges in the manual and replace the filter on schedule.
  5. Report a defect within 30 days of noticing it.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear: wood color change, small surface cracks and checking, knots, scent fading, fabric wear.
  • Damage from improper installation, incorrect voltage, power surges, water ingress, weather on indoor models, moving the sauna to another address, or commercial use.
  • Freight damage that was not reported within 5 business days of delivery (see Shipping and Returns).
  • Consumables: bulbs, filters, remote batteries, sauna stones.
  • Electrician fees, permits, cranes or other site costs, and travel charges for third-party technicians.
  • Units bought used or from anyone other than Daily Saunas.

How to make a claim

  1. Email support@dailysaunas.com with your order number, the model, a short description and photos or a video of the issue.
  2. We reply within 1 business day, usually with a diagnosis and a solution; sometimes we ask for one more photo or a quick video call.
  3. Approved claims: the part ships within 5 business days with instructions, or a technician visit is scheduled if the claim is within the first 90 days.

Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period. The warranty is not transferable. To the extent permitted by law, remedies are limited to repair, replacement or reimbursement up to the original price of the component.
