Accessibility at Daily Saunas
Last updated: September 2026
We want everyone to be able to browse our saunas and ice baths, read our guides and place an order, whatever tools they use to get online. This page says what we do about it and how to reach us if something is in your way.
Our standard
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, published by the W3C. It is the standard most U.S. companies use, and it covers screen readers, keyboard navigation, color contrast, text size and captions.
What we work on
When we build or change a page, we check it against these points:
- Images that carry information have a text description.
- Buttons, links and form fields have names that screen readers announce.
- The site can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus.
- Text and background colors meet the WCAG contrast ratios.
- Text can be enlarged in the browser without losing content.
- Videos do not autoplay with sound.
The site is new and we keep testing it. If we find a page that falls short, we fix it in the next update.
What may not be perfect yet
Some parts of the site come from other providers: checkout and account pages are run by Shopify, reviews by Judge.me, and some photos and videos are supplied by manufacturers. We choose providers that publish their own accessibility commitments, but we cannot change everything inside their tools.
Tell us
If any page, image, video or step of the order is hard to use, email support@dailysaunas.com with the page address and what happened. We reply within 1 business day, and we can complete an order or send product details by email in the meantime.
