1. About us. This website is operated by Daily Saunas ("Daily Saunas", "we", "us"). Contact: support@dailysaunas.com.

2. Agreement. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States and, by quote, Canada.

4. Products and descriptions. We do our best to show dimensions, materials, electrical requirements and colors accurately. Natural wood varies in grain and color. Photos may show optional accessories. We may correct errors in descriptions or prices, including after an order is placed; if a correction affects your order you may cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders and contract. Your order is an offer. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, stock shortage or delivery restrictions, and will refund any payment taken.

6. Prices and taxes. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout by delivery address. Sale prices apply for the stated period only and are not applied retroactively. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

7. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout. Where financing is offered, it is provided by a third-party provider under its own agreement with you; we are not a lender.

8. Shipping and delivery. As set out in the Shipping Policy. Delivery is curbside; the customer is responsible for site access, unloading beyond the curb, permits, foundations and electrical work unless a paid service is purchased.

9. Professional Assembly. When purchased, assembly is performed by an independent partner at a scheduled visit. It includes moving the sauna from the curb to a prepared location on the same level, assembly per the manual and packaging removal. It does not include electrical work, foundations, stairs or crane work.

10. Electrical requirements. Some models require a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician ("Electrician Required" on the product page). Operating a sauna on an incorrect circuit voids the warranty and can be dangerous.

11. Inspection and transit damage. As set out in the Shipping Policy: note damage on the delivery receipt and report within 5 business days.

12. Returns and cancellations. As set out in the Refund Policy.

13. Warranty. Our limited warranty is set out on the Warranty page and is incorporated here. Except as stated there, and to the extent permitted by law, the products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow such exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

14. Health and safe use. Sauna and cold-water use is not suitable for everyone. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, or take medication that affects heat or cold tolerance. Do not use under the influence of alcohol. Supervise children at all times. Follow the session times and temperatures in the manual. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

15. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including installation costs, lost use or site damage, except where caused by our gross negligence or where the law does not allow this limitation.

16. Intellectual property. The site, its text, photos, videos and design belong to Daily Saunas or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

17. Reviews and user content. By posting a review or photo you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or not related to a purchase.

18. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

19. Third-party services. Payments, financing, reviews and delivery are provided by third parties under their own terms.

20. Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, weather, supplier shortages or government action.

21. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Daily Saunas is registered. Before any formal action, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Disputes that cannot be resolved are brought in the state or federal courts of that state, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

22. Changes. We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
