Looking for a Sunlighten alternative? Below are two comparisons: how the two lineups differ overall, and the closest model at each size with its price.
The short answer
With Daily Saunas, the price of red light is on the page: from $6,999 for two people, with full spectrum heat. At Sunlighten, red light comes only in mPulse, priced through a consultant. Our full spectrum sauna for one person is $5,299, $500 below the starting price of Sunlighten's Amplify, and we also offer outdoor saunas, stone heaters, a 1-person cabin on a standard outlet and 10 years on the cabin, infrared heaters and controls, compared with 7 at Sunlighten. Sunlighten may suit you if you want a lying-down sauna, a cabin for 5 people or far infrared without red light (Signature).

Red light with a price on the page
Our red light models are listed with prices and all include full spectrum heat: $6,999 for two people, $8,999 for three and $9,999 for four. At Sunlighten, red light comes only in mPulse, which comes in sizes for 1 to 5 people, runs six guided programs and is priced through a consultant. Amplify and Signature have no red light.
How do the prices compare?
Our full spectrum sauna for one person is $5,299, $500 below the starting price of Sunlighten's full spectrum Amplify, which seats 2 to 4. For far infrared without red light, the Sunlighten Signature costs the same as ours for one person ($4,999) and less for two to four people, from $5,499. Our 1-person cabins plug into a standard outlet; the Signature needs a dedicated 20A circuit.
Want an outdoor sauna or a stone heater?
We sell two outdoor saunas for four people: the 4-Person Outdoor Traditional Cedar ($6,999) with a 6kW Harvia stone heater and the 4-Person Outdoor Infrared Cedar ($7,499). Both run on 240V, are Electrician Required and carry the same 10-year warranty as our indoor saunas. Indoors, our 2-Person Combination Cedar ($8,499) pairs a 3,500W Harvia stone heater with a 1,900W infrared panel. Sunlighten says its saunas are not designed for outdoor use and should be used outdoors only with the Sunlighten cover, and it sells infrared saunas only.
How do the warranties compare?
Our warranty covers the cabin, infrared heaters and controls for 10 years, red light for 2 years and traditional heater elements for 1 year. We cover parts and their shipping for the full term, and labor for the first 90 days.
Sunlighten offers 7 years on the cabin and heaters and 3 years on controls; where it uses the word "lifetime", it defines it as 7 years. Labor is not covered, and after 90 days shipping for replacement parts is on the owner. Full terms: our warranty and the Sunlighten warranty page (linked in Sources).
Want to lie down?
The Solo is a 1-person far infrared sauna you use lying down, from $2,099, and it plugs into a standard 120V outlet. We do not make a lying-down sauna. Our 1-person cabins are seated and also plug into a standard outlet, from $4,999.
